GA Code Amendments

i've got some e-mails somewhere from a guy on the code advisory board for GA. the original amendments did not include an exclusion of arc-fault protection, but a member of the voting board persuaded everyone else to vote against keeping arc-faults because he felt not enough electricians knew how to properly troubleshoot "nuissance tripping".

also, from the link:
(b) The circuit conductors between the branch circuit overcurrent device and the arc-fault circuit interrupter shall be installed in a neutral raceway or a cable with a metallic sheath.

i'm almost certain in the official copy i got, it says "metal raceway" and not "neutral".
