true, but you need to have them in case they ask. there's a couple of board orders posted online showing fines/probation levied from guys not being able to show proof of cont. ed.

Oh I got em Just never had to prove it.
I wonder someimes why we even have to take it Around here the ones yhat I have been to, I haven't gotten anything out of it. The instructor announces at the start that we MIGHT be here for 4 hours and he will wake us up at the end. Some really sleep thru the whole thing and I have yet to walk away with anything useful.
The last one consisted of a meal at Ryans, 2 hours on soil erosion, and then some guy talked to us about using his company for a payroll company
Oh I did get my DIRT card during that CE class!

A meal and the DIRT card. What more could you ask for?
I think that the companies that offer the courses, do a good jpb with the paper work, and that may be the reason we have never had to provide proof. I'm sure the ones that are fined, just didn't bother to go to a class.
