My first post!

I have a garage/carport on an addition I’m doing. Roof is tied in with the house, shares one common house wall and two new stucco walls. So basically a garage with no garage door. I was just informed the inside of walls are not being finished.
Can I use MC or have to pipe in my electrical?

You need to determine what type of Article 100 location it is and that will help to determine the code compliant wiring method. Sounds like a damp location.

If the only "opening" is the space for the garage door, typically we have allowed NM.
If the jurisdiction considers it damp then you could use UF
