Garage conversion

I am doing a garage conversion. Currently there is a panel on a wall where a new 1/2 bathroom will go in. Is there anything in the Code that says a panel cannot be in a bathroom? I don't want to have to move the panel.
 
As long as your garage conversion is not a conversion to a dwelling unit. If the garage is to become a dwelling unit then 240.24(E) would prohibit it.

if its a service disconnect 230.70 does not matter what the occupancy is not permitted in bathroom
