Can the receptacles for the garage openers be on one circuit or do they have be on separate circuits. I’m wiring big 2 1/2 car garage. I have one circuit for one side another circuit for other side. Can I just come off those circuits to feed each opener.

They can be on the same circuit

This has nothing to do with the OP's question.

Single unit can't exceed 50% of branch circuit rating if "lighting units, cord-and-plug connected utilization equipment not fastened in place, or both, are also supplied". See 210.23(A)(2)
