T Trails Member Feb 24, 2006 #1 the compactor is 3 phase, 208 volt 3HP. The panel wich is feeding the compactor is about 60 feet away. Do I need a fused disconnect at the compactor or can I just have a disconnect for maintence and size the breaker accordingly?
