Given a tree story garden apartment structure, 12 apartments per floor, with two firewalls separating the structure into three NEC 'buildings'. Proposed service equipment consists of two meter centers, one located at each end of the structure.
Question: Is a 3rd meter center required for the center section, or can the center section be fed from meter bank 1, or meter bank 2, or split up between meter bank 1 and 2?

Either way will work but penetrations through firewalls must be fire rated as must conduits.
