Gas appliances and load calculation

I need to provide a load Calc with my permit to install a generator at a single dwelling. What method will best when all of his major appliances are gas besides the AC obviously?
 
I usually run both.
I'd be more concerned about the gas load calc with the added generator than the electric load calc.
