I am looking for not-expensive manufacturer of liquid gas tank, propane, pressure vessel that fuels up standby generator for patient life safety.

Needed Catalog, size , dimension,...... 150 gallon min.

Any recommendation?????

Contact the local propane supplier. They will often provide the tank if you contact for them to fill it.
This will be in the nature of a lease arrangement which will be reflected in the fees that you pay.
If you own your own tank you will be better able to negotiate for the best supplier and will get a lower price per gallon. But you have the up front cost and maintenance responsibility, so you need to make a conscious choice which way to go.

One advantage of going through the supplier is that you will not have to take on the engineering responsibility for making the tank accessible for refilling. :)

a small tank like this for a standby generator is unlikely to use all that much propane.

If it is for Patient life safety you should probably get the AHJ involved in the minimum size of the tank
and I would let someone else supply the tank and fuel.

If this is a true emergency generator where life safety is involved, you need to exercise the generator regularly. As a result, you will be burning fuel and need regular refilling.

Also, depending on the generator, assuming it is gas-fueled not liquid-fueled, you can only use ~85% of the tank for storage because you need gas space and adequate surface area to guarantee evaporation of the gas during use.
