Gas Lines in proximity to Electric run

We have a 400 amp Panelboard 480v Need to install a Step down transformer and run 3 - 1.5 inch Emt Lines to the right. Can go left no room

Problem is the Low side of the gas line comes thru wall and stand off about 4 inches. Going straight up. My only option is to go behind it. Will about a inch or so of clearance. Is their any issue in doing so.

No problem if these are on the customer side of the meters.
If on the service side, POCO and gasco may have something to say.
