Gas Station Underground Conduit???

I'm working on a Generator feeder at a Gasoline Station. Generator is located within 30' of the fuel dispensers. I just want to confirm if Sch. 40 PVC can be run 24" below grade through the building foundation to the generator pad with GRC elbow and stub up with Explosion Proof EY at the Generator... Same scenario for the Battery Charger/Block Heater/ATS Wiring. Thanks for any input.

Are the conduits routed thru a classified area ?

In general, when PVC is used underground iin a Art 514 or 515 location, the last two foot of the run to the point of emergence or connection to the above ground raceway must be in rigid or IMC.

Yes, It's a classified location. I was planning on converting underground from PVC to Galvanized elbow and Galvanized nipple to above grade w/ Explosion Proof EY.
