GC Meet

So I have a meet and greet with myself and the owners next week with a large GC they probably do a couple hundred million a year. I know the standard questions I usually ask but just curious as to others input. What are some legitimate questions you would ask the GC if that size that you were meeting as a electrical sub?

Never dealt with that size before but I'd want to know their story. How they got to be how they are. If they're new and super corporate I'd wonder how long till they fold or get bought out. If they're in it for the long haul I'd want to win them over and stay with that client for the long term.

I think it best to play it by ear. They probably want to learn more about you too. And they probably have a lot of experience at extracting information from people they are chatting with. You wont even know what you gave them.

Guys with operations that size did not get there because they know the code. They got there because they know people and how best to use them to suit their purposes
