GE bolt in 50a ground fault options

I’m installing a 50a 250v welder power receptacle in a mechanics shop service bay
The panel is a GE bolt in style.
I can’t find a 2pole 50a gfci bolt in breaker anywhere. Does anyone know if such an animal exists?
My back up plan is to side car a hot tub disconnect to the panel- any other options?
 
I had to do the separate-GFCI-breaker-in-a-box trick recently for a hot-tub. The outside panel was a SqD QO, and their 60a GFCI breaker has no load neutral terminal, which the tub required.
