Does this breaker provide GFCI protection?

No, As Master said it is a combination AFCI breaker (series & parallel arc's)
I don't use GE but I belied you are looking for a THQL1115DFP

GE (and some others) designate the breaker type in the model number.

AF is arc fault
GF is ground fault
DF is dual function

Anytime you see "combination" on an AFCI breaker, it's referring to the breaker being able (supposedly) to detect both series and parallel faults/arcs.

Big Orange only had the combination style in the 15amp flavor so I grabbed two of them thinking it was combination AFCI/GFCI

I noticed I didn’t see any mention of GFCI on the packaging but “assumed” it had that capability.

Then I happened to be at the Big Blue store and noticed they had the 15 amp Dual Function and it clearly stated AFCI/GFCI ....did a little research then came here just to verify

Learn something new everyday I guess 😃
