Hey guys. I got a 7 year old Briggs & Stratton 12kW generator model 040307GEC running on Natural Gas. At loss of utility power it starts right up, runs for about a minute and then shuts down giving a Low Voltage code. Further tests show me its spinning at 3600 rpm but its only putting out 207 volts . . Leads me to the voltage regulator. Does anyone know the physical location of the voltage regulator on this beast ? Some of these units it is conveniently located on the control board...others its deep inside.
Thanks guys.
