At the bottom right of my panel, I have 3 thin 15 amp breakers, then a half size 2 pole 30 amp breaker. Is there a reason there is no power to the lights being fed from the bottom 15 amp thin breaker? I am actually trying to make room for a 50 amp breaker for my generator and thought I could make room by converting a full size 30 amp 2 pole breaker to a 30 amp half size 2 pole breaker. Any suggestions? How many thin 15 amp breakers and half size 30 amp 2 pole breakers can I have in the panel?
