GE single pole arc fault brkrs used in tandem for MWBC

I remember reading a thread that discussed this and even had a link to the pdf file. I have the file but cant find the thread. I am fixing to start roughing in a house and would like to know if anyone has used these breakers with a handle tie in order to use 3 wire hr's for bedroom circuits.
THQL1115AF2 and THQL1120AF2 are the part numbers. I would like to use 3 wire whenever possible to cut down cost.

Why not use 14-2-2 w/g & eliminate your problems ?

I have not used these new breakers and I am intrigued by them. I don't like GE much so I will wait for others to beta test them.

They work. They have been around for over a year. Ge took the gfci protection out of the breakers

OK it cost more. But if the use of a higher priced products results in less problems down the

road, isn't it a wise decision ? Do a cost vs benifit anaylasis. To each his own ways.
