Had a customer come to me needing a replacement for this crusty old 2p 60, which appears to be a THQC2160 in the current breaker world. If you zoom in on the sticker, it is listed as a "THQE."

You can find plenty of info on how the THQL was originally a TQL, but I cannot locate anything on a THQE.

Best I can tell, a direct replacement of a new breaker is the THQC series. But THQE has a real absence of good information.

Anyone ever seen these labeled as THQE?

Do you have a photo of the panel it came out of? Also do you have a better photo of the CB?

THQE was the old numbering (1970s?) for “unit mount” (lug-in / lug-out) breakers, what is now the THQC. I think the E series had screw terminals and they changed to a box terminal and now has DIN rail mounting instead of special mounting clips. I don’t know if the old E series clips will work on the new C series breakers though. He might need a short piece of DIN rail.
