Gear Ratio for homemade tugger

I am needing help calculating the following ratios.

Input: 450/1,750 RPM, 120 volt 13 amp
2 pulling speeds: 25 fpm on low (no load) and 100 fpm on high (no load)

Output: 3000 LBS.

And

Input:
450/1,750 RPM, 120 volt 13 amp
2 pulling speeds: 12 fpm on low (no load) and 44 fpm on high (no load)

Output: 6000 LBS.

This website has major problems. I can be signed in, create a post, then do a preview or submit, and then I am told I am not signed in resulting a loss of what I had composed. There are also other problems like you can not scroll after using Google spell checker, and peculiar results when doing a carriage return. All this resulted over the last year to two.

Thus, I won't try to regenerate what I wrote, but you will need a greater than 10 HP motor to do the 3000 # load, and with a worm gear reducer greater than 20 HP.
