GEC at Fused disconnect for a Photovoltaic System

Would a GEC at the fused disconnect be required for a photovoltaic system if we are bonded at the fused disconnect? This would be for a supply side tap the fused disconnect would be our overcurrent protection device. And if it is required to have a separate GEC at the fused disconnect what code is it referencing?

If you are on the 2020 code see 250.25. And 250.64(D). The answer is probably yes, you need a GEC or a GEC tap, unless the neutral is ground at or upstream of the supply side tap.

But see also recent discussion here:

As I said in thread, IMO the PV disconnect should be treated as an additional service disconnect. But your mileage with your AHJ may vary.
