I am doing a duplex service change with one overhead drop, two 100Amp service panels, two risers with #2 service conductors.
According to 250.66 note (1) I come up with minimum of one #4 GEC to serve both panels. am i correct on this?

1. Where multiple sets of service-entrance conductors are used as permitted in 230.40, Exception No. 2, the equivalent size of the largest
service-entrance conductor shall be determined by the largest sum of the areas of the corresponding conductors of each set.

#2 = 66,360 CM x 2 = 132,720
2/0 = 133,100 CM
