I have outdoor transformer on concrete pad customer owned has grounding electrode conductor size 3/0 awg to 4/0 ground ring and concrete pad rebar.
questions:
1. Can ground ring by itself qualify as electrode?
2. Not sure why GEC would also connect concrete rebar its not an electrode?
3. 4/0 Awg ground ring with GEC sized 3/0 Awg. Is the GEC sized properly or has to be 4/0 Awg?
4. Can gnd ring itself qualify as electrode or has to be supplemented by gnd rods every 20 feet?
