GEC ran with transformer primary conductors

Opinions on running GEC with other conductors ? Primary conductors for a SDS with the properly sized GEC bonded at both ends of the conduit originating from the main service and terminating on the ground bus , would this be acceptable?

Everybody seems to have thier own way of doing it in the transformer , the disconect ; they all pass inspection.
