Should be fine, but if of a ferrous metal, I would expect to bond each GEC to each end of the conduit.

nyc dosent allow using one gec to bond multiple transformers,the building i'm working in has no building steel therefore i have to run separate gecs for three transformers,2 data racks and a fa fuse cutout(nyc) consisting of a #10,a #2,2#6s and 2#4s with a run length of approx 400ft.

Oh, I see, although who ever came up with this rule is, well......

I can't see any reason that you can't put them all in one conduit but I'm not in NYC either.
