GEC with feeders

can a GEC be installed in the same conduit as a set of feeders? I can not find anything in 250.64 - GEC installation, or 215 - feeders , that prohibit this. Example- 400 amp service with 2 200 amp panels back to back of the meter base with individual gecs to the ge. alter service by adding 1 200 amp automatic transfer switch to feed 1 of the 200 amp panels. existing gec was terminated in the panel, irreversible crimp installed to extend the gec to the new service disconnect ( transfer switch) installed in the new conduit between the transfer switch and existing panel with the new feeders.

Yes, not prohibited, but it has to comply with the rules for a GEC in a raceway, see 250.64 E

yes, agree on 250.64E. we have done over a hundred generators with this type of installation, and now we get a violation on it. I just wasn't sure if I was missing something.
