Genarac 20KW Lost Its Neutral

I am trying to figure out how you test, and why a Generator could loose its Neutral.
it makes power but the Neutral isn't stable. so the lights are like a slow strobe in the house.

I would call whoever installed the generator to check it. Or, call an electrician familiar with generators. We are not allowed to assist those not in the electrical industry per the Forum rules, so I have to close this thread.
