Generac ATS question

Does anyone know if you can connect (2) Generac whole house ATS's in tandem ? A colleague of mine asked me this question and I was unable to answer him. He is looking at a 300 amp service with (2) 150 amp main breaker panels connected after one meter. His question was whether he could install a 150A ATS between each panel and the meter enclosure and have the power transfer to the generator simultaneously. Thanks.

Yes. Use the 240 volt sensing pair (I believe N1 and N2) from one of the transfer switches and the trigger wiring from the generator gets connected to both transfer switches.
