Installed a generac for a friend and terminated control wires on generator side according to sticker label. Once I turned on the main, it blew 2 fuses in the ATS. Found that the sticker labels was put on the wrong terminal blocks. The ATS side was labeled and terminated correctly. This is how it was terminated on the generator side.
N1 to 0
N2 to 194
T1 to 23
0 to N1
194 to N2
23 to T1
Would this damage any of the controls on the generator?

Welcome to the forum.

N1 and N2 are each 120v to the neutral, and the others are low voltage, so damage is possible.

Have you tried to see if the genny will start after correcting the wiring and replacing the fuses?

Did you take a pic of the wrong labeling so you don't have to pay for fixing it in case it's bad?

Started the genny in manual mode and only getting 75-80 volts per leg. Yes, I did take pictures of the stickers on the terminal blocks
Is it a newer unit with the evolution 2 controller?

Had one of those more recently that was putting out low volts. Some the parameters in the controller were not set correctly. All I can tell you is you need to get into more advanced modes that the user manual doesn't describe to change the necessary settings. Or get an authorized service center to come do it, but if it is just changing settings, in my case they didn't cover it under warranty and they billed us for the service call - mileage was the big killer of that billing. They claimed someone had to been in there and messed up the settings :(
