I will let this go as we had major discussions on this before. I assume you mean DP 48 amps. I will guess 4 assuming non continuous loads and them all running at the same time.

a 48A 208V single phase load is about 10kvA. a 48A 120V load is about 5kVA.
a 225A 208V 3 phase panel can supply about 80 kvA if the full 225A is available..
you do the math. keep in mind that whether it is continuous or not matters and what the load is matters.
