Hey Business File. Any luck on finding a bus bar stab? I have a 1980's General Switch 200 Amp panel. I started having flickering lights, and found that I had a slightly pitted Main Breaker stab/blade on LH side Bus Bar. I have replaced the damaged Main Breaker. The rest of this old obsolete panel is in excellent shape with all breakers replace with GE breakers. The RH blade shows no damage at all. I have cleaned up the damaged bus bar blade and applied conductive grease. So far no arcing or flickering lights, and I will keep checking regularly, but I would like to find a standby in case it starts arcing again. The part number for the LH Bus Bar is 3621LH. (the stab/blade is all one piece with the bus bar) I have searched and searched for this part number and haven't had any luck whatsoever. The blades showing on e-bay aren't the same as what I have. Mine are all one piece with the bus bar. (not connected by bolts.) I know a new panel is in my future, and I know GS panels have a terrible reputation, but honestly, had I known about the GS problems earlier, I could have routinely checked for oxidation at contact points and prevented the situation I'm in now. A lot of folks say these panels are junk and a fire waiting to happen, but if routine checks and maintenance are performed, Breakers updated, I don't see why it couldn't last another 40 years.
