Generator and Hot Tub

How can I get my 50 amp 2 pole hot tub breaker to trip when I loose power? I have a generator with an automatic transfer switch that powers my entire panel box. I do not want my generator to power my hot tub. Will a shunt trip breaker work? I have a Cutler Hammer BR series box. Looking for ideas:confused: thanks Kevin
