I have a question about grounding a second building.
The first building contains:
-Meter and CT Cabinet
- A 480v EBU (enclosed circuit breaker)
-An ATS switch
-480v panel (this panel feeds the 480v panel in the second building)
-Transformer
-120v panel
The second building (30' away) contains:
-Generator
-480v panel
-Transformer
-120v panel
To me both buildings need their own grounding electrode because of 250.32(A). But that is not how the engineer has it on the plans. According to the drawing the only grounding electrode is off the ECB. What am I missing?
Thanks for the help
