I have the following diagram in which the Generator neutral bar does not have bonding jumper to the equipment grounding bar/conductor. However, on the existing service disconnect the neutral bar and the equipment grounding conductor/bar are connected/bonded. The Generator neutral is unswitched grounded conductor i.e. non separately derived system. Is it okay not to bond the equipment grounding conductor/bar with neutral bar at the Generator?

That's an equipment grounding conductor. It only carries fault current and is only bonded to the neutral at one spot and that is at the service.
I am not talking about equipment ground. My question now deviates see that vonding jumper from neutral bar should that be labeled as neutral instead of bonding jumoer?

The conductor from neutral bar to neutral bar is a neutral not a bonding jumper, it is mislabeled in your diagram.
