An orthopedic surgery center is in need of replacing their generator. Someone else.

They have an existing load bank that needs a new enclosure and the welding shop looking at that part of it called me.

The Load Bank has an added external bonding jumper from the genset frame to the LB enclosure. The genset frame also has been tied to a ground rod. It looks like an after thought and makes me wonder why. There is an EG and isolated neutral pulled with the feeders to the LB.

It is not hurting anything. I would not mess with it.
