Generator MTS service violations

I started this quest to find a code violation other than fill requirements for service conductors feeding through a panel because it just seems wrong but have yet to find one. Now that it is being used as a raceway shouldn't this fall under 230.7?

BTW, this is getting redone for obvious reasons.

If those are truly serviced conductors passing through the panel to get to the Transfer Switch and back, I'd say it violates the rule of the disconnecting means being at or near the closest point of entry.

I was going to throw in that the Service Conductors and Feeder Conductors cannot share a common raceway, but, seeing as how there is no OCPD in the manual transfer switch, there are no Feeder conductors to contend with, only Service Conductors if there's not an upstream OCPD we're not being made aware of that is.
