I'm trying to find a wiring diagram of a generator feeding a distribution panel directly with no ATS. I can find hundreds with an ATS, I'm hoping someone can point me in the right direction?

Is utility power involved also (panel fed by either generator or utility) or is the panel being fed by the generator only ?

The generator will feed a large distribution panel. Once Utility Power is available (In a month), the generator will be removed and the utility power will take it's place.

I'm just wanting to see a wiring diagram to make sure I'm running my grounds properly.

Since the generator will be the sole source of power, the first question you need to deal with is where the ground/neutral bond is going to be located.

If you make it at the panel, which will become the service panel, then you must not bond at the generator and you must run an EGC from panel to generator.
If you make the bond at the generator, wire the panel as you would if it were a subpanel instead of a service panel, with an EGC from generator to panel.
You may be required to put a ground electrode at the generator in either case. Depends in part on whether the generator is inside or outside the building served.

Putting the bond at the panel means that you will not have to change the panel configuration when you get utility power.

I would just wire the switchboard like a service just with a generator supply instead of utility.
