Do we have any restrictions to place Generator above water tank per NEC requirments??
I havent see any thing in NEC??

That’s a question for the manufacture. But why would you want to do that? The tank most likely would have to be replaced one day and in my opinion putting the generator there would cause a lot of unneeded aggravation

Not enough information, how big is the tank, is the tank indoors or outdoors? When you say above is this on a platform or support above the tank? What is the generator rating?
Does the tank inhibit access to the generator? Is it an open or closed tank? Potable water?
As long as the generator is rated for the location I don't see any NEC restriction.
