I have been asked about a whole house standby system, including a 600a service entrance rated transfer switch.
How can I determine the minimum gen size with the residential load calc's provided?
120/240 1P 3W 103.9kva (433 amps)
The GC stated that others have quoted 100kw generators for the whole load off this same attached load calc, and I see 125kw minimum. Am I missing something?
