Generator Sizing

I want to size a generator for a 3p induction motor with comparing starting current. Details as follows.
100kW, 3P, 400V, DOL, running pf - 0.85

required generator size????

Simple question, complicated answer. Motor starting is very dependent on the generator voltage regulation. Its not something we can easily help with, and your location may not use the NEC, which is the focus of this forum. Please contact a generator manufacturer for assistance in sizing.
