Generator Supplying two buildings

Customer has a single service with a 200 amp breaker(house) and a 100 amp breaker(garage). They are wanting to put both on a single generator. Does anyone know of a transfer switch that is rated for both or should I install a switch for each building?

How about a service-rated ATS between the meter and the two breakers?
