Generator Switching Arc-Flash??

I have a 100KW generator, and I am trying to get information on the arc-flash for switching the main on these units. The manufacturer spec sheet gives me everything except the impedance/reactance value that I could use to calculate the incident energy. I got in touch with the manufacturer too to see if they could provide me with the same, however, they did not have too much of an idea when it came to arc-flash analysis.

Does anyone know as to how should go about obtaining this information?

Very few generators smaller than 'utility' size have documentation showing Xd" (sub-transient reactance) unless ordered with special testing when the unit was built.

Some manufacturers (like Cummins) provide standard Xd" for their units but you have to go to their tech support to find it.

The IEEE colored book series contains some typical values.

The data sheet has no relevant information that I could use as far as available fault is concerned. However I am going to go ahead and try the IEEE colored book series to get a typical value. However, Jim, do you know exactly which colored book am I looking to refer here?
