My boss just called me and said that a generator we had hooked up is not working. He told me to post what is going on here to see if anyone had seen this before. Here we go....
It's a 20a transfer switch at the panel. Start the generator 240v LL 120v LN...Ok
Plug in cord 240v LL 120v LN.....Ok
Plug end of cord into outside male plug, nothing comes out.
Now i haven't been to the job myself, but i think it is a loose connection at the plug.
Any thoughts?
