On the Kohler 20KW generators on a continuous draw the max amps will be 83.3 amps the main over current protection is a 100 amp breaker do size the wire for the 83 amps or the 100 amp over current protection.

Assuming it is a "non-continuous duty" rated breaker (which it likely is), you can only have 80A continuous load on it anyway!!!
