Generic 15kV Termination Boots?

We spend a lot of time on jobs undoing and remaking MV cable connections in switchgear. Many are air-insulated but have to be taped to maintenance the SCCR of the gear. It's a ton of labor and a whole lot of 130C to redo these.

Is there a generic 15kV insulating cover that can be field customized for this?

I know Insulboot sells every configuration you can imagine, but we often have no idea what we're dealing with until we're on site, and by then it's too late.

Suggestions?
