At some point Mike had a generic contract form available for free on his site. I had a copy, but now I can't find it.

Does anybody have a copy, or know where I can find it?

Thanks,

Don't have it but on my proposal letters I simply include a box for the purchasers signature, purchasers name, date in which they agree to the proposal. At the top of this small signature box I labled PROPOSAL ACCEPTANCE and then with each proposal letter I include 2 pages of legal jargon, dealing with overtime, environmental issues; asbestos and such and all the other junk that we run into. For our office it keeps the paperwork simple and has worked well for several years now.

I think I have a copy, maybe slightly modified but not much. PM me with your email and I'll send it to you. FWIW I recently purchased a contract writing program from Craftsman Books, the same company that makes National Estimator, for about $100. It goes through a list of questions for each contract so you can tailor it to each job and is state specific.
