I need help and absolutely any input will be helpful, I want to start my own fiber optic contractor. I’m located in eastern Kentucky, the only kind of fiber they will run around here is aerial. I have my OSP and CFOT certifications as well as experience with working on fiber. What would you think would be the first step? I also need help with getting a contract or even who I would need to speak to! Absolutely any input would he very helpful, thanks!

First, take some business classes. Understand all the costs involved. Have spare cash set aside for months without work or until you are paid.
