Recently I bought A GFCI receptacle by Pass& Seymour labeled as " safe lock" and "Meets 2003 UL requirements". There is no explanation to these labels.
Few months ago I read post or white paper regarding SAME GFCIs "failing closed" (not tripping when requested) I would appreciate if someone directs me to above post or article.
I wonder if the new regulations fix the tripping problem.
