I have a 2 pole 50 ampere GFCI or AFCI breaker? like the one in the picture.

The rear of the breaker has a neutral white wire already connected to the neutral buss

However the middle of the load side of the breaker terminals has a third terminal. Do I terminate phase A to the left load side terminal and phase B to far end right terminal. If so then is the middle terminal another redundant neutral connection for the branch circuit neutral?

The load neutral(s) land on that terminal; only the breaker's pigtail lands on the panel's neutral bus.

It's not redundant; the breaker must see the neutral current to compare it to the line current(s).

That’s what I was thinking so with this being protection to a single 6 AWG feeder, the white neutral of the feeder terminates in this middle connector?
