GFCI and a 208V receptacle for a microwave/convection oven

We have a kitchen in our facility with a convection/microwave oven that is sitting about three feet away from the sink. Does it need a GFCI breaker?:-?

You may choose to provide a GFCI but you are not required to by the NEC.

Thanks Bob....I've got a Safety person asking the question. I'd like to give her the assurance that a 2-pole three wire receptacle is perfectly safe.
