GFCI breaker

Does a GFCI breaker feeding a GFCI receptacle operate correctly? It is a spec on a new house I am bidding.

I have no idea. Paranoid homeowners. They also want all exposed conduit GRC To me it looks like the architect cut and pasted some commercial specs. They did give me a one choice though, I can wire the house in romex or 3/4" min. emt with steel insulated throat connectors.:roll:

I have seen it done many times. No problem
